Data Migration Services welcomes Hans-Jörg Berndt to the team
New addition to the channel team: sales manager with sound SAP knowledge
Kreuzlingen, November 23, 2018. – Data Migration Services is expanding its sales team with Hans-Jörg Berndt (47). Berndt has many years of experience with SAP implementations and migrations. Before joining Data Migration Services, he was Senior Program Director of the digital programs of Power Service Business at GE Switzerland. Prior to that, he worked 20 years at Alstom in various management positions, such as IT manager for Power Service Business and as head of global SAP organization. Because of his previous job experiences, Berndt knows the products and the management team of Data Migration Services perfectly well. Berndt will focus his sales activities on the expansion of indirect distribution. His broad professional network and his sound knowledge of SAP will help him in winning over new channel partners.

The channel team consists of about 10 employees from the sales, sales support and marketing department which are currently working on expanding the indirect distribution. Until recently, Data Migration Services has been mainly working with major international companies like T-Systems. In the D/A/CH region, however, 40 to 50 new resellers and implementation partners are to be recruited for the JiVS platform due to the high demand for solutions for decommissioning legacy systems and migrating to SAP S/4Hana. Currently, Eberle is talking to various potential partners and is actively trying to establish his company in more international markets.
